By accessing, browsing through or placing orders on this Website, you hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions detailed herein. These may be amended at any time without notice.
 

 Privacy Policy

Information obtained on our Website is used to process and deliver orders as requested. We may also use this information to contact the sender / recipient if necessary. No information is released to any individual or organization. No information will be passed onto any other without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.

By placing an order on our Website, you are declaring that you are the person nominated on the Credit Card being submitted, or, that you have the permission to use the Credit Card. If we have concerns regarding fraud, we reserve the right to contact the respective Authorities.

Once your online purchase has been processed, your Credit Card details are no longer on our files. We do not keep a record of your Credit Card details.

Orders containing offensive, discriminative or insulting language will be rejected.
 

 Placement of Orders & Deliveries

Please allow 24 hours for deliveries whenever possible. Generally, orders placed by           1-00pm can be delivered on that same day to Melbourne metropolitan areas. Specific time deliveries may not always be possible at short notice and should be discussed by phone.

We endeavour, through the co-operation of several Courier companies to deliver anywhere and as requested by the customer. The Courier companies selected re all reputable, trusted and deliver to the best of their abaility at all times.

If you have placed an order, and you do not receive a confirmation that your order has been processed, please email or phone at your earliest convenience.

Additional delivery will be charged if the information provided for the recipient is incorrect or incomplete. Please include special instructions in relation to the delivery Eg security gate, specific Reception areas, Hospital ward / floor name or number , possible use of maiden name (in business or hospital admission), unit at rear, access via lane etc. business name, floor number. The phone number of the recipient is always helpful.

If recipient is not present at address and the Courier is unable to leave safe, the item may be returned to our Studio. The sender / recipient will be contacted and alternative arrangements made. Extra delivery charge will be incurred if re-delivery required. Each item will only be delivered once per delivery fee.

We will always try to deliver successfully as requested and additional fees charged only when absolutely necessary.

 Alcohol - The laws relating to the delivery of alcohol are complicated. Specific requests can be discussed directly with our Staff by phone. Flowers must accompany and alcoholic item and cannot be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years.

 Cancellations

Minimum of 24 hours must be given for any cancellation of orders. The full amount will be refunded less $7-50 administrative fee. Additional costs will be deducted for any special requests which have been nominated when placing the order.

No refunds will be made if the order has already been dispatched.
 

 Substitution Policy & Quality Assurance

Inspirations of Nature maintains a comprehensive quality assurance program, which includes ongoing blind test orders, telephone surveys with customers and recipients and many other measures to ensure high quality levels.

The items promoted on this site are an indication only and may not be exactly the same as the item delivered.

We reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the seasonal availability of flowers, colours and containers. Contemporary containers used may vary to those pictured but will always be equal to or greater in value and compliment the designs selected.

We reserve the right to substitute flowers, colours or containers requested if they compromise the quality or the design and therefore the reputation of this Studio.

We reserve the right to substitute any item selected from the Gift lines catalogues with an item of equal or greater value should the item selected not be available at the time of placing the order. Every effort will be made to deliver the order as requested.

Please notify this Studio within 24 hours if you have any problems with any aspect of our  services. We welcome your feedback and value the opportunity to address your concerns. We will endeavour to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the customer, recipient and our Studio.
